As helpful and welcoming as then, the owner kindly allowed us to use the room (which we should have left at 10) until late afternoon. Excellent food, excellent service, excellent room!

Abbiamo passato l'estate a Francavilla al Mare dato che mio marito è di Chieti e abbiamo soggiornato più volte in questo hotel. inoltre i miei genitori sono stati lì per 1 settimana con le mie figlie...ormai Punta de L'Est è la nostra seconda casa. L'hotel ha una posizione fantastica proprio sul mare, la comodità di scendere e avere il mare sotto casa non ha prezzo, la disponibilità e la gentilezza di tutto il personale hanno reso il nostro soggiorno bellissimo, dai ragazzi del bar sulla spiaggia sempre con il sorriso, al famoso Giancarlo che ogni giorno si occupa degli ombrelloni e della spiaggia...
La struttura è accogliente ed ha una posizione fortunatissima, praticamente a mare, il personale di sala è di alta professionalità , ma ancora di più di grande sensibilità , attenzione e cura per il cliente mai incontrata prima! Complimenti vivissimi a tutto lo staff!
